Even ones that are lost or....... Missplaced.:D

Touche!

(that actually refers to a sun lover spending 20+ years in New England where the sun don't shine) Now that I've found SoWal, I'm thinking of changing that to "mis en place" (everything in it's place)

True, that cheese. I don't understand why people that criticize this board (and many of the people on it) continue to spend time reading and posting. :dunno:
Could it possibly be that some have a different point of view, see things in a different light or would just like to express their opinions? I enjoy the board and the different points of view expressed, even though I think many are not in agreement with mine. It is obvious most of the posters on this board are intelligent and well informed. In truth, some are not. Allow us who do not agree to respectively disagree. Or if you would rather, I can guarantee I also am quite capable of disagreeing disrespectively.

Andy A, that quote about being conservative as you age presupposes the accumulation of wealth trumps the common good. I've heard that quote too many times, and repetition does not create truth. I've gone the other direction as I've aged because what is considered "liberal" today, is far right of "liberal" twenty years ago thanks to Fox News, conservative talk radio, and the highjacking of the Republican Party by uneducated, militant, theocratic, Sunbelt-bubbas. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

I repped it too. I also have not taken the "more conservative as you age" path. I was a nightmare 10 years ago after reading Atlas Shrugged and Fountainhead. I was also listening to Neal Boortz at the time who said the same thing about growing conservative as you aged. For pithy sayings, that I sometimes trot out to conservative friends and family, I personally favor "There is nothing dumber than a poor Republican".

Repped Andy A. as well. If we all agreed on everything then you all wouldn't be necessary . (Another Neal Boortzism that I readily agree with this time)
