What exactly do you think the founding fathers meant with the 2nd Amendment?
We agree that anyone that would hurt others or themselves should not have any access to any kind of weapon at all, the rub comes with how to make that happen.
I would go one step further and treat the right like a drivers license where you occasionally need to prove you still have the ability and capacity to handle and store a weapon safely

There already are background checks on every, that's 100%, of all legal firearm purchases in America
Once again the only issues are criminal transactions and criminals are going to do criminal stuff, that's what makes them criminals
There is no 'gun show loophole' there is only legal and illegal transactions

Time, pressure, spot lighting, ect is eventually going to reveal what we all know to be true

Again, google is your friend. Background checks are not required for person to person sales and I've personally seen a licensed dealer step to the side and perform a "private sale" to avoid the check. There are loopholes and ways around. Again, 90%+ of Americans oppose those loopholes and work arounds.

You can keep changing the subject if you want, but the overall theme is that you're wrong.
