Background checks are not required for person to person sales and I've personally seen a licensed dealer step to the side and perform a "private sale" to avoid the check. There are loopholes and ways around. Again, 90%+ of Americans oppose those loopholes and work arounds.

By legit do you mean legal? Or do you mean is it ethical? Or do you mean is it moral? You realize by answering yes that you will have to explain why you support trump if all those things are important to you

The truth is that people obtain privilege through our socio-political system. Probably even you. Probably even me. Definitely wealthy elite people have more privilege than most of us. So your argument is based on nothing but bias. You allow trump privilege but draw a line with Joe Biden.
