The Seaside Repertory Theatre Presents "The Bryan Kennedy Show"! Bryan is a well-known singer/songwriter with Nashville-music roots and several hit songs by country music mega-star Garth Brooks ("Honky Tonk Bar Association," "Beaches of Cheyenne," and more).
The Emerald Coast Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation, is stoked to announce the first ever running of the- Kid’s Surf Classic. It's a surfing contest just for kids. For many it will be a first-time surfing experience, and for some, a chance to show off their skills. For parents and children alike it will surely be a great time on the beach.
Alys Beach, Florida is one of the newest "new urban" towns in South Walton and it is perhaps the most visually unique because of its distinct blend of mediterranean and island style. This year's series returns to the Seaside Amphitheater on Wednesdays beginning June 6th through August 15th. The concerts are free and open to all, and a great way to experience some of today’s up-and-coming artists in a beautiful setting.
Summer comes alive in South Walton around the time school lets out, or the annual YOLO Race Series starts, whichever comes first. This year the start of the race series coincides with the end of school on Thursday May 24.

South Walton locals know one of the best ways to kick off Summer is the annual Grayton Beach Kids Fishing Tournament. This year it was a bit cloudy and windy but no one seemed to mind.
Registration was only $5.00 per kid for boys and girls under the age of 15. The tourney is intended to promote responsible use of our marine resources through recreational fishing. Each participant receives a free rod and reel, tackle box, beach rod holder, bait, Pompano rigs and weights. Eighteen gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded!
An expanded ArtsQuest was a resounding success as music and art was showcased in Seaside over three days. Stormy weather made way for beautiful blue skies for a Mother's Day surprise! Congratulations to Francisco Adaro who took home the prize for Best In Show.
