It’s not that bad or big. It’s $75k initiation fee and $1150 a month. There’s like 3400 members. All memberships including the Camp Creek HOA have been collapsed into a single membership called lifestyle which gives you access to basically anything St Joe owns.

No minimum. You pay the monthly dues whether you use it or not. Those cover access to everything and unlimited golf.

Stuff like food and beverage, the shooting preserve, private charter, personal trainers, etc are obviously extra.
