Then why quote my post and make it "appear" that it does?
Maybe it's just me. At the top of Jenksy's post in bold black letters it says "carson said" followed by Carson's post to which Jenksy replied. Jenksy was clearly responding to Carson. Are you also Carson?

He didn't, he quoted carson's, not yours. I conclude that the second syllable of you sowal name is quite appropriate.

I'm not defending that flag. How many times in the course of these idiotic threads have I said I don't care about that flag?

Why do some of you keep insisting that I have to believe what you do or I'm wrong?

1.) Slavery was wrong. I have never owned a slave.

2.) Hitler was pure unadulterated evil. Ethnic cleansing was the work of a monster and all of this seems eerily reminiscent to me of ethnic cleansing! Some of you are trying to tell others that in order to right the wrongs of the past we must erase all semblance of what this nation was founded upon and I don't agree with that. I think we need constant reminders that we should never be again what we were in the past.

3.) The KKK is a hate group..pure and simple. I have never been in the clan or been a clan sympathizer!

4.) Peoples lives (all people) matter regardless of what color your are and I've been very consistent about that as well.

5.) Would I personally attend a hate rally knowing people were gunning for a fight? Not likely.

6.) Was wrong done on both sides...every picture tells a story and those photos and live videos were not photo-shopped.

If you think for a minute removing all semblances of our past is going to make everything right in this country you are sadly delusional. All this is doing is creating more hate and animosity that many of you are claiming you're against. What makes you or anyone else think you have the right to tell people what they should or shouldn't believe and to ram your opinions down their throats and spew epithets when they have a different view?

I don't know if you've ever noticed LVT but I won't stand for and pray at BCC meetings. Why? Because I'm not a hypocrite. I don't pray out one side of my mouth while helping the Government screw over the people who elected them nor do I support Government led prayer. I also don't recite the Pledge of Allegiance but I will stand out of respect for the lives of the men and women who have died defending what they believe in including, fighting wars that made politicians rich.

I personally can't think of a single war this country has been involved in that was justified or that didn't take a heavy toll on peoples lives. Not one!

Bigotry is as ugly as hypocrisy and I personally think if your going to be outraged at the civil war you should be outraged by all of them. If you are going to be outraged by the Confederate flag you should also be outraged by the American flag as well. They both have the blood of human lives on them.

Kaydence actually it was genocide not ‘ethnic cleansing’ in Hitler’s Germany. Big big difference that should never be blurred.

Academic discourse considers both genocide and ethnic cleansing to exist in a spectrum of assaults on nations or religio-ethnic groups. Ethnic cleansing is similar to forced deportation or population transfer whereas genocide is the intentional murder of part or all of a particular ethnic, racial, religious, or national group. Some academics consider genocide as a subset of "murderous ethnic cleansing". Thus, these concepts are different, but related, as Norman Naimark writes: "literally and figuratively, ethnic cleansing bleeds into genocide, as mass murder is committed in order to rid the land of a people"

The UN looks at ethnic cleansings and genocide as two separate crimes. Using the term ethnic cleansing implies Jews could escape death by moving away. Given this choice doesn’t lessen the horrors of ethnic cleansing as we saw in say Kosovo or witnessing in the Middle East. The goal of the Holocaust was full eradication of the Jewish people. People who had no idea they were of Jewish descent were marked for death. What is unique to Nazi Germany is as a government it passed laws enabling and allowing the Holocaust to happen. Which is why we need to stand up to these Nazis (and other vermin) who are out there marching on our streets. We can’t count on the president to do it.

Honestly, using terms like that, it's difficult to differentiate you from them!
