During the two-day event, hundreds of new and gently used designer handbags, scarves by Ella Madison Boutique, and sunglasses from Lynn Roberts International will be sold and auctioned off, with all proceeds benefiting Shelter House.
Emerald Homes welcomes locals and vacationers to view the renewal of Prominence on March 27 from 2 to 7 p.m. Emerald Homes, Woodford Capital, and Comer Company will showcase plans under construction for the once forgotten Town of Prominence. The WaterColor Community Association will host the 9th Annual Art in the Park on Mar. 15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in WaterColor's Cerulean Park and Town Center.

The 7th Annual 30A St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival is set to roll out on Saturday, March 15, 2014. The parade is the largest celebration in Northwest Florida of Ireland’s St. Patrick’s Day. You can expect over 50 floats and parade entries, in all shapes and sizes. Parade lineup begins at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15 between Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain beach on Scenic 30a. The parade will then head four miles west, ending at Gulf Place, where the festivities continue. Registration deadline is March 13 by 6:00 p.m.

The 2013-14 Leadership Walton class of the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce, comprised of 15 participants, has embarked on two community service projects this year and is seeking financial support for project completion.
The hands-on projects are designed to support two Walton County organizations, the Walton County Arc and the South Walton Senior Center, both established to help those in need, but that, many times, lack resources and labor to remedy those needs.
