Seagrove Beach Regional Beach Access Nearing Debut

February 19, 2026 by SoWal Staff

The heart of Seagrove is about to get a whole lot more accessible. Construction on the Seagrove Regional Beach Access is nearly across the finish line, promising a fresh way for locals and visitors alike to reach our famous sugar-white sands.

Located right in the center of the action, right across 30A from Cafe' Thirty-A, this isn't just a simple boardwalk. The project features an expansive exfiltration system designed to capture stormwater runoff from the surrounding neighborhoods, keeping our coastal ecosystem healthy. For those driving or pedaling in, the site offers 23 parking spaces with dedicated spots for standard vehicles, ADA accessibility, and bicycles.

The new 1,011-square-foot restroom facility and a n ADA accessible dune walkover—complete with rinse showers—ensure a comfortable transition from the salt water back to the car. Plus, the access connects directly to the multi-use path, making it a perfect pit stop for those exploring 30A on two wheels.

Construction began back in July 2024, and while the finishing touches are being applied, a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony will be scheduled in the near future.
