2012 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House Underway in Rosemary Beach

The 2012 15th Anniversary Coastal Living Ultimate Designer Beach House is on a fast track in Rosemary Beach, to be completed in time for Summer tours by the public. The whole process is being carefully documented for publication in the magazine this Fall.

The topnotch design and construction team has gone above and beyond to ensure that the unique home will be one of the finest ever built in Rosemary Beach. Stay tuned to SoWal.com for more updates, photos, and video.

Lew Oliver, Residential Design
Lew Oliver is an Atlanta-based master planner and designer, whose work has won numerous national and international awards. As a preferred design consultant to the international planning firm, Duany Plater-Zyberk (planners of Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach), Oliver has advanced New Urbanism for a decade.

Oliver’s residential design emerged in the early 2000’s with work in noted New Urbanist projects including Celebration, Florida, Clark’s Grove Georgia and Rosemary Beach, Florida, leading to the design of the 2001 Southern Accents Show house at Rosemary Beach which drew a record number of visitors.

Stan Benecki, Developer

Ericka McPherson Powell, Interior Designer
Rounding out the design team is Point Washington, Florida’s Ericka Powell and her design firm Urban Grace. Erika’s talent and hard work have transformed Urban Grace into a recognizable brand.  Her attention to detail, impeccable taste, knowledge and experience combine to create spaces that are seemingly effortless and memorable. Her Blog, Urban Grace, has propelled the designer and her team to a national following for her work.
Urban Grace has been featured in Coastal Living, Southern Living, and Traditional Home. The Blog was included in the Washington Post’s list of the top 10 Design Blogs.

Rosemary Beach Realty-Listing Brokerage
Rosemary Beach Realty will be the Broker for the 2012 Coastal Living Ultimate Designer Beach House. Billy Creswell is the listing agent.
