I have been an AT&T customer forever. I have never had a problem on 30-A with coverage. I have also alway's had wonderful customer service with any issue I had with them. I know this is not the case with all, but for me they have been wonderful!

same here. very good coverage + very good service. they helped us adjust to the best plan for us, and billing is easy - nearly the same each month.

I would not switch to Verizon at this point because I know of several friends who have regular problems with coverage (and always have had minor, but frequent problems) - mainly in their own homes, which isn't acceptable in my opinion.

Well, I just got my iPad 2 and went with Verizon because supposedly they have broader coverage with fewer dropped calls in the U.S. Can't be used abroad, though, and I think the ATT one does. My guess is both ATT and Verizon have their strengths and weaknesses and I just decided to go with what I already have with my phone. I'll let you know if I have any problems. Mostly, I won't even be using the 3G connection - the IPad will work just fine with regular wireless. This is my year to upgrade my technology.
