Sinfonia Gulf Coast announced its continued partnership with The Boeing Company in recognition of the non-profit symphony orchestra's mission of inspiring, entertaining and educating the community with innovative and imaginative performances. The grant of $10,000 will assist the organization during the upcoming 2011-2012 season.

"Boeing is a long-standing supporter of the arts in communities where our employees live and work," said Robert Hayes, Boeing Program Manager (acting), Special Operations Forces. "We recognize the value in partnering with non-profit organizations like Sinfonia Gulf Coast to offer quality programs that serve to educate and to enhance public appreciation for the arts."

"Sinfonia has maintained its collaborative partnership with The Boeing Company since 2007. These awards enable the organization to continue to bring the highest quality music and music education initiatives to Okaloosa and Walton Counties and we appreciate Boeing's local efforts and commitment to our growing and diverse region," stated Music & Artistic Director Demetrius Fuller.

Sinfonia just finished an incredible fifth anniversary with more than 58 events including concerts, educational outreach, bravo! events and a 6 month exhibit of painted violins at Grand Boulevard Town Center. For more information please visit www.SinfoniaGulfCoast.org or call (850) 269-7129.
