Does anyone know how to go about having scaffolding placed on a lot to see if you'll get a view before building?

Have you considered using a ladder?
That would have to be a VERY tall ladder!
I would try renting a cherry picker lift. have you tried Coastal Equipment Rental in Santa Rosa Beach? They are off 393.
