Professional couple looking for LTR

Relocating to the SoWal area in June, seeking a long term rental (one year lease, while we build). We need a minimum of two bedrooms, three would be great. We would like to be walking distance to the beach somewhere along 30-A. We have one small, well trained dog. Ideal property would have minimal to no carpet. Looking to spend about $1500-$1800/month. Excellent references available.

We have a property currently listed for sale in Gulf View Heights
However, we have spoken with the owner and she is open to the idea of renting if she can find responsible renters. If she can find the right person, she will take the home off the market.

It is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom --- tile & hardwood floors, fenced back yard. Well behaved pets & responsible pet owners will be considered.

The home is about a 10 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride or 2 minute car drive down to the easy beach access beach.

I have something 300 yards to the beach 3br but I can't do it for $1800. I have 1 early June renter booked. When are you relocating and would you be willing to go higher for something closer to the beach?

I have a brand new 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house located in Blue Mountain Beach, South of 30-A for $1750.00 per month. It is 2 stories about 1700+ sq/ft. with hardwood floors and tile in the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms. Carpet in the bedrooms, three of which are upstairs. There is a community beach access with the beach being a seven-to-eight minute walk through the neighborhood. Included in the rent is a membership to the Village of Blue Mountain Beach the use of their pools and fitness center.

This is a bump. We are still looking. We will be in town next week and plan to hit the pavement. If anyone has seen a For Rent sign in their neighborhood, we'd welcome a heads up.

Also, we can go either way on furnished/unfurnished. We go both ways.

I have a 3 bedroom brand new condo, (never lived in) in the Seagrove Highlands development off 30-A. There is travertine flooring except for in the bedrooms where there is carpet. This is a ground floor unit and the screened in porch opens to a lawn that backs up against the Pt. Washington National Forest. There is a lake on the property and also a pool. You can walk to the beach which is about 2 blocks. I will rent it long term for $1300/month.
