Isn't this near the new Pastel's Community who were saying there would be a grocery store amongst other things?

Now could we get one in Niceville already? I've heard many a rumor that they're going in by where Home Depot is near Rocky Bayou, and the land's been cleared, but nothing's ever been confirmed.

The developer's rep (Hey, isn't Bonezzi Development Co, along with several other LLC's having the same mailing address, on Scott Brannon's list of contributers?) stated that Pastels would have a grocery, but you have to remember that Prominence also pictured a movie theatre and a town where even school teachers could afford to live. Yes, Pastels is no more than a quarter mile to the west of the new Publix location.
