That's unusual for this time of year.
Did the wind blow it all the way up there, or is it closer to the water than it looks in the picture??

There were half a dozen or so by one sea grove place this morning mixed in with the seaweed.
Oh my!! That's scary and....double red flags, surf looks ROUGH!
