Compared to a normal realtor sign it IS a billboard. Totally unnecessary, especially in the modern age. How many people buying commercial property on 30A need a sign to find it? Zero.
Most for sale signs these days are nothing but advertising for the realtor, and NOT needed for people to know something is for sale. And this particular sign has three realtors on it. I think that proves my point.
