SJ. Responding to your remark, but forgot to hit quote button: Well, it would be okay with me if they sold "oil" stocks and just keep the oil company stocks, which are two different items. One could suggest not to buy any products made out of oil, that would be anything made of plastic. So guess I'd just have to throw this plastic laptop out the window along with my car and all its plastic parts. Grandma with the plastic pacemaker for her heart might not be too happy if we chunk that. Lets stop buying any plastic toys for the kids, too. Throw out all those plastic bats and balls. I wouldn't be sorry to see the plastic shovels go one bit. We probably already have enough clothes made from petroleum products sitting around in our closets that could be recycled to clothe the entire plant from here to eternity. Hear there is a company already doing this recycling of clothes.

BR, please don't tell the oil companies that you don't care about the price of gas. I am not happy about paying $3.559/gal (most recent fillup), but I am glad that it is no longer $4+/gal. Diesel just dropped to $4/gal here.
:rotfl: True.dat. I was exaggerating to make a point. I mean, of course I care about the price. But we need to get to work to pay for the gas.

Or is what you're saying is that the CEO of Exxon a SoWaller?
