Ground Transportation from Airport to Blue Mountain Beach

What ground transportation do people use to get from the new airport to Blue Mountain beach? What do you pay?

I used Bahama Babbit in April - I think it was around $75. He is very reliable. Phone # 866-865-6900.

I always see guys in mini vans parked in front of the airport. I don't know if they're called ahead of time or they just sit there, waiting for someone to hail a cab <shrug>.
