30 days away from the 1/18/23 foreclosure date (unless he puts the LLC into BK). His hard money lender has a mess on their hands.He did guaranty the debt. Judgment against the LLC was awarded months ago at around $2.8mm. Interest accrues on the Judgment at 25%. The inside of the “house” is so awful, including fake grass on some of the walls and ceiling, that they do not post interior photo’s online with the listing. Lender will have to chase him for the deficiency.
