Good idea! I have heard of Red Bay and would love to go. Where is it?

Red Bay.;-) J/K- Red Bay is in Walton County- and I will have to consult a map. I know I have driven through there coming home from Tally- took an exit of I-10 that ran us down to 20 through Red Bay. The Red Bay grocery looks awesome!

I'm trying to work out a roadtrip- see the lights around the lake, then go to Red Bay Grocery for dinner!

Me too. Want to take my 93 yo mom and one of her friends. I think I will try for lunch at RBG, and then see the lights...maybe that will work.
So much to do this month, I've missed at least half of what I wanted to do/see...not enough time!

I agree- and I vowed that the holidays would not fly by this year. Now poof! It's the 18th.

Don't know the exit number, but it's Hwy 81. You can go hwy 90 or I10, out of DFS, or hwy 20, east of Freeport

You don't need the interstate. On the east side of Circle Drive, just south of the train tracks, turn on Bay Avenue. Takes you through Eucheeanna and dead-ends to Hwy 81. Watch for curves. Turn right and go about two miles and you will be in downtown Red Bay.

If you hit RBG first, take 20 to 81 at Bruce and go north.
