YEAH, you go girl, enjoy every single minute of it. The 22nd is my son's 13th birthday, I will be thinking of you as I host a party for the friggen whole 7th and 8th grades from his school......can you say alcohol after this shindig is over!!!

Darlene, I feel your pain! My daughter--going to her first prom Saturday--just informed me I'm hosting a pre-prom cocktail partay for all the parents!! First the girls are coming over at 3 pm to primp and powder, then boys, then parents to sip wine and take photos. And not only that, Fyl is dragging the whole bunch back post-prom for a sleepover. GIRLS only, I promised the parents I'd boot the boys out at 2 am.

I think the website I'll be looking at to kill time is the one that tells me what kind of hors d'oevres to make! I've thrown plenty of dinner parties but a cocktail party, never. This might be interesting.
