Luxury jewelry designer Erica Courtney has an impressive list of accomplishments - from accessorizing celebrities like Julia Roberts, Sandra Bullock, Jessica Alba and Ellen DeGeneres to mining for exquisite gems in Africa and Turkey. Named “One of the Top Three Jewelry Designers in the World” by United Brands, Erica will be making an appearance at McCaskill & Company's 'Drop Dead Gorgeous' Weekend June 26-28 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Market Shops located at the entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has unveiled specific details and a timeline for the extensive renovation that is currently taking place on the property.

The 4th Annual Sip n Shop event at Sandestin on April 4 is set to be one fabulous day of shopping, eating, and sipping! As a part of the Chi Chi Miguel Throwdown weekend, Sip n Shop brings together local vendors and winemakers in an effort to raise money and awareness for Alaqua Animal Refuge.

Brett Martin, woodcrafter and owner of Made on 30A, grew up tinkering and building stuff in Georgia. He’s still building stuff, but on a much grander scale. The smell of fresh-cut wood permeates the air as Martin surveys his current workshop located on Hwy. 393 South. He speaks enthusiastically about his work and how he came to be here.

Having worked in the screen printing and embroidery business in Georgia for 20 years, he sold that business to move here with his family in 2007. The change in scenery necessitated a change in jobs.

South Walton Fashion Week debuted Oct 11-13 in Grand Boulevard’s Town Center at Sandestin, including a stellar lineup of over 30 featured boutiques and local designers in runway shows throughout the weekend.

Special preview parties and trunk shows accompanied the festivities, in addition to a runway show dedicated to chosen Emerging Designer finalists Cayce Collins, Andi Eaton, Jennifer Nina Evans, Ashlie Ming, Ella Rose and Sarah Winford.
