Santa Clara Regional Beach Access Reopens After Rebuild

Santa Clara Regional Beach Access has reopened after being closed for several months to allow for boardwalk and dune walkover replacement. The access in Seagrove Beach is one of the most popular in SoWal with quite a bit of parking, restrooms and a shower. The ADA accessible ramp is nearly equal to a football field in length and allows a descent to the Seagrove sand from quite a height on the top of the dune cliff.

CAA Emergency Relief Fund for Local Artists

Update 7/2/20: The CAA is accepting applications for the second round of grants from its Emergency Relief Fund for Artists (ERFA). The Fund was established in April to address the immediate economic needs of local, professional artists who have experienced loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Applications will be accepted weekly through August 28th through the CAA’s website, and grant awards will be available within one week of approval.

Important: Parking has been closed to non-residents in Grayton Beach so you should park in the county parking lot 200 yards north of Scenic 30A on Hwy 283 and take the free shuttle to the Red Bar.
