An Evening of Fine Wine & Giving Back at Pescado Seafood Grill and Rooftop Bar on Thursday, December 11th at 6pm - JUSTIN Vineyards Charity Wine Dinner Benefiting Children’s Volunteer Health Network (CVHN) at Pescado, Rosemary Beach with Moriah Giguere.

Experience a chef-crafted menu paired with JUSTIN’s award-winning wines by Chef Brendan Wakeham, celebrating the art of food, wine, and community. Every glass poured supports CVHN’s mission to provide free medical, dental, and vision care for children in need.

Eggplant — Tomato and red pepper coulis, golden raisin chutney

Poached Pear — Mascarpone, lemon, white chocolate

Course I

Salmon — Confit, pickled kumquat, orange beurre blanc, poached parsnip, caviar

Lamb — Smoked loin, ragu of leg, merguez arancini, pink peppercorn emulsion, carrot, lamb and fig jus

NY Strip — 45-day dry-aged, foie gras parfait, blackberry and clove jam, bone marrow tot, confit onion, “au poivre” sauce
