June 26, 2018 by SoWal Staff

The 7th Annual Easy on 30A Benefit Concert will take place Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. at WaterColor's Marina Park, just off scenic highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The Event will include a music concert, silent auction, event raffles and craft market.  Admission to the event will be free and open to the public.

The Craft Market will feature local artists and crafters.  Fabulous raffle and silent auction items donated by local businesses will benefit Alaqua Animal Refuge, Children’s Volunteer Health Network, The Sonder Project and the E.O. Wilson Biofilia Center.   Also present at the event will be other local nonprofits that will provide information and ways to support their organizations.  These groups include: The Repertory Theatre at Seaside, Florida, The Junior League of the Emerald Coast and Safe Water for Walton.

Concert attendees will be entertained by the music of the local band The Graytones. Then Destin’s own Ron Adams will bring us the music of Elvis. The evening will be brought to a close with the wonderful Geoff McBride who has been at many of our Easy On 30A events.

This will be an outdoor event, so plan ahead to bring a blanket or chairs for seating. Coolers and picnics are welcomed.  Food and beverages will also be available for purchase.  Donations will be gladly accepted at the event and in advance to benefit all of the charities.  Easy on 30A invites everyone to attend, enjoy the music and support these local charities.

“We are beyond thrilled to be hosting our 7th Annual Easy On 30A Benefit Concert in WaterColor.  What started out as a small event for friends and family has turned into an amazing community affair with over 1000 attendees and thousands of dollars raised for our charities.  We are not at all surprised that 30A has once again rallied together to support their very own, and we are humbled and grateful to all of you making this happen again this year with us.” - Beth and Randy Carroll

Easy on 30A was founded by locals Beth & Randy Carroll, with an idea of bringing musicians together to highlight the great talent along 30A and to bring community awareness to charities in the area.  Easy On 30A benefit concert is a fun event and works with charities of all types.

Easy On 30A is supported by the WaterColor Homeowners Association. They graciously allow the use of Marina Park to bring this FREE concert to area residents and visitors to the 30A community.  Easy On 30A works together with the WaterColor Community and WaterColor Resort to bring this fun charity event to fruition during one of the busiest weeks of the summer.
