December 12, 2018 by SoWal Staff
Tis' the season to be jolly!
The Town Center at Grand Boulevard will be awash with thousands of beautiful white lights, bringing a festive and inviting spirit to the Boulevard. Enjoy a free, horse-drawn carriage ride around the Town Center while faux snow falls on the Festival of Trees display in Grand Park every Friday & Saturday evening Nov. 23rd - Dec. 15th between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
To add to the festivities, Emerald Coast Theatre Company’s Dickensian Carolers will sing popular holiday carols on these evenings between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Grand Boulevard’s 9th annual Festival of Trees kick-off will take place Nov. 20 from 4-6pm with the trees remaining on display through Christmas Day. The festival will showcase twelve uniquely decorated Christmas Trees from area non-profits. Bring the whole family to enjoy the tree lighting and announcement of the Grand Prize winner for best decorated tree. Come early to join Grand Boulevard merchants for a festive Town Center Holiday Open House & Walkabout from 3-6pm.
Grand Boulevard’s Coastal Culture program presents an exciting variety of entertainment and events this season. Live performances by Northwest Florida Ballet and Emerald Coast Theatre Company highlight the Town Center offerings for fall. The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market takes place in Grand Park on Saturdays year round (9am-1pm).
