ArtsQuest Finds a New Home at Grand Boulevard
January 2, 2014 by SoWal Staff
ArtsQuest, a fine arts festival produced by the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA), has found its new home in Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. The 26th annual festival is scheduled for May 11-13, 2014.
"We're excited to find a home in a central South Walton location that embraces the spirit of Arts Quest," said Jennifer Steele, executive director of the CAA." With its accommodations, restaurants, sidewalks, spacious lawns and ample parking, Grand Boulevard will provide ideal logistics for our festival, which continues to grow from year to year.
Grand Boulevard is already home to South Walton Fashion Week, South Walton Beaches Wine and Food Festival and the Best of the Emerald Coast, proving to be the perfect partner for events that bring in thousands of guests to the area.
“ArtsQuest exemplifies the type of first-class cultural event that is a perfect fit for Grand Boulevard. We are very excited to provide a happy new home for the festival and look forward to working closely with the CAA to present an amazing art show, said Stacey Brady, director of marketing and public relations for Grand Boulevard.
CAA is now releasing a call for all interested artists to apply for the juried festival by visiting www.ArtsQuestFlorida.com by February 21, 2014.
