An Evening of Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights at Baytowne Wharf Nov 14

October 22, 2015 by SoWal Staff

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort and the Sandestin Wine Festival are kicking off the holiday season with a special sparkling event. The Village of Baytowne Wharf will be lit with holiday décor and cheer for the 3rd Annual Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights event on Saturday, Nov. 14 from 5-7 p.m. The event is the official prelude to the Sandestin Wine Festival which will celebrate its 30th edition in April 2016.

Tickets are now available for Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights.

The Sparkling Wine and Holiday Lights event will feature more than 30 champagnes and delicious appetizers at featured Village restaurants. Guests will enjoy the sounds of live music and the night will end with the first Tree Lighting of the season and the Village’s choreographed light show, 12 Nights of Lights.

“We tend to think of our Sparkling Wine event as the grown up sneak peak of our holiday festivities inside the Village,” said special event manager Julie Stuckey. “This event will really get you into the holiday spirit as carolers roam the streets, lights accent the decorative Village store fronts, and we kick off the season with the first 12 Nights of Lights Show and Tree Lighting. We invite everyone to come to this very popular event, sip a little bubbly and sample great food pairings.”

Tickets are on sale for only $40 per person, and then $50 for the day of sales, and come with a commemorative glass. This special event is part of a series associated with the Sandestin Wine Festival, a treasured tradition for 30 years.
