Hi. Im Sherry Wakeford. I am a 500 hr. Certified Yoga Teacher in the Santa Rosa Beach area.
I offer private and group yoga classes in the comfort your home or in my studio.
I have a special certification from REWIND for the elderly and physically challenged.

Starting January 2016, I will offer an International Yoga Teacher Training which is certified by Yoga Alliance, USA.
