Centerline Martial Arts is hosting a Women's Self Defense Seminar Friday Dec 2, 2011 from 6pm-8:30pm in Miramar Beach. We will cover all aspects of self defense and awareness. Including stand up, weapons, and the ground. Cost of the class is $20. You will learn simple, effective and proven self defense techniques. Your instructors for the evening are Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach, Weapons Expert, and former Army Ranger Mike Kirby. Wing Chun, Self Defense, Weapons Instructor and Boxing Coach Chris Damiano.
