Window Cleaning / Pressure Washing

Hello all, New to the forum and excited to hear a little feed back.
We have a full service cleaning company based in Dayton Ohio. Our primary focus is Window cleaning and pressure washing. My family Vacations a couple times a year on 30A and love the thought of having a southern division. In Dayton we have 40 employees and have been providing great service for the past 6 years. My question to the group is this. Is there room for another cleaning company? We take great pride in what we do and feel that we could be an added service provider.
I have heard from a friend who owns a Furniture store in Destin that a times there is a true issue with getting service providers to show up? Do you all feel the same way at times?

Below is a small list of what we would like to focus on:

Window cleaning - Residential and mid rise
Pressure washing- Drives, Walks, pool decks , Walls etc.
Soft washing- Homes, Decks, roofs etc.
Gutter cleaning and whitening
Dryer vent cleaning

I appreciate any input and suggestions. I know from experience that there is always room for a company that prides them selves on service. Would you agree?

Getting folks to show or even return calls is a royal pain. Guys are either to busy or lazy.
So if you can import real want to work guys Yes. If your hiring locals? Probably chances of success are slim.

steel1man I agree and hear what you are saying. It is a shame that service providers struggle to show up to preform the service in which they are being paid to preform!
My goal would be to have a crew rotation that would allow 2 of my supervisors and my self get it off the ground while interviewing / training others. Logistically slow and a learning curve, Yes but a great way to make introductions and meet people whom may need service.
