Can anyone recommend a hair colorist? I need someone who specializes in highlights/blonding. I've lived here for 2 years and still haven't found anyone good. I don't care how expensive they are as long as they do an excellent job. I'm willing to drive as far as Tallahassee or Pensacola. Thanks!
