Wheel chair accessible van - rental service

We have not been able to locate a service that rents wheelchair accessible vans in the Santa Rosa Beach, Destin or Panama City area. Have contacted car rental agencies, welcome center, etc, etc without success. Does anyone know of a company that rents wheelchair accessible autos?? Thank you!
