What happened to Lake Place Rest.?

Has been a while since I have been on message board and if I missed discussion -- sorry. However, family was vacationing in Seagrove last week and were sad to see Lake Place literally GONE!

I spoke to the owner about three weeks ago on the beach - plans are moving forward...I think him saying mid to late summer they'll be up and running again. Not soon enough!
