Henderson Beach & Spa Resort invites you to join them in a Wellness Workshop: Improving Your Heath with Local Honey. Set to take place Thursday, April 25th from 5pm til 7pm, attendees will learn about honey and bee pollination that takes place all over the country to grow the foods that you eat every day.
Local bee farmer, Melissa Register of Register Family Farm will bring a demonstration hive, discuss beehive basics and the health benefits of local raw honey, including how it helps with allergies. She'll also provide delicious honey samples and answer questions. In addition, participants will receive event-only honey treats.
