I am seeking a long term (8 months - 2 years) rental either on the bay or a bayou/canal leading to the bay. I am able to make improvements and repairs to the house if needed and would be a responsible and respectful tenant. Looking for something preferably east of the 331 Bridge or else nearby the bridge to the West.
