Wanted: Creative space/studio for therapeutic art classes

I’m looking for an artist/yoga/creative studio space large enough for a class of 10 in Santa Rosa Beach. Access to a bathroom is a must. Hourly rental preferred. Please let me know if you have or know of a space that I could use a few times a month.

That's all been subdivided into small offices.
