Sowal is a tasteful community and we want to help keep it that way.
Chef Ed is interested in having small cooking classes at our home. He once taught at Culinard and recently did a class with the Seaside School. Ed finds this so rewarding that he wants to do it again. We want to have some wine dinners for small groups of adults and also classes for kids or for one or two families.
The classes will generally fall on Monday afternoons and evenings or other times that he is able to be away from the restaurant.
If you are interested in learning to cook up a great meal and enjoying the fruits of your labor in a beautiful setting, let us know. We will schedule the first one based on interest and Ed's schedule. Once we know who is coming, we can all decide on the cuisine.
We think this is a great way to get to know the people in our community, offer some hospitality, and pass on a bit of Ed's culinary expertise.
