Hello everyone,

We are going to be launching a new lifestyle magazine in April that spans from Pensacola to Apalachicola. The magazine will be free and will also be available online in .pdf format.
For more information on content or advertising please visit Vie - People + Places.

You can download a prototype in the downloads section to get a feel of the magazine. I will be glad to answer any questions. Thanks :D

Of Course. Below is a link to the 16 page prototype that we're using as an example to sell the magazine and has a few photos in it. I have only looked through some of the photos but the ones we took from Fashion Week in NYC are amazing. It's a shame that we can only use so many for an article.

Good Luck. Can't wait to see. Since our brilliant white quartz sand came from the Appalachian Mountains and filtered down the Apalachicola River and traveled to points west, it makes wonderful sense to cover from Apalachicola to Pensacola. Besides having our great white sand in common there is a lot of shared history for this entire area of the Emerald Coast.

I agree. Most of the focus is put on Destin and Panama City so we are going to try to spotlight some areas that aren't focused on as much. Our main concern is to keep the topics 'local' to our region but also appeal to others nationally.

I can look over and see Eric designing the magazine as we speak and it looks great. We are very excited for the release and hope the community enjoys it as well.

Thanks for the positive feedback.

As far as photographers, I know we are using two at the moment but I can't say that we wouldn't need more in the future. If you want to pm your information, or email me at justin@theideaboutique.com I can keep it on file for future reference.

Love stuff like that! I grew up & went to school in Chicago, and we have a lot of magazines or newspapers like this...it was great. Love the idea of staying on the "local" track too, we are a small community that really thrives when we come together and support one another, so much focus is on the attraction of our tourism because of the yearly revenue.
