Vendors Wanted for Event

Canine Carnival 2007 is almost here! We are looking for vendors for this year?s event and booth space is only $25! You can help by getting the word out. The event will be heavily advertised and is will take place along scenic 30A. You do need to reserve your space right away, as there is limited space available. All are welcome ? anything pet relate or not - baked goods, jewelry, face painting, booths to promote your business of any kind! Please reply back to me if you are interested in participating.

Event information:
Canine Carnival 2007 will soon be upon us. Alaqua Animal Refuge is joining with C.A.R.E. to present the 2007 extravaganza. A day of more fun, more folks and more shopping for all! A wide variety of vendors will be taking part. Many rescue organizations will be present. Come view some of the animals up for adoption. Live music, contests, silent auction, pictures with Santa, child fingerprinting kits, a K-9 dog which C.A.R.E. provided equipment for, blessing of the animals and much more to make your day. Bring your canine friend (non retractable leash and proof of rabies vaccination) and enjoy the day. Support C.A.R.E. and Alaqua Animal Refuge.

I am privileged to be among the volunteers for the Alaqua Animal Refuge. The refuge rescues hundreds of animals from being destroyed. They take in animals that have been abused, neglected and/or forgotten and give them the care they need while they find them new loving homes.

In addition to vendors, we need items for a silent auction, items to be used as prizes, and lots of participants of all kinds.

There will be live music and alot of cool stuff for critters and humans alike.

Got a new email with a few more details. I have the poster image that is mentioned and it is too cool! However, it is bigger than allowed. I'll try to reformat and post. -----

Enclosed you will find the event poster for this year?s Canine Carnival at Gulf Place (30A) in Santa Rosa Beach. Alaqua Animal Refuge has come on board to plan this year?s festival and it is proving to be quite the event! There are two live bands, food and beverages, silent auction, lots of vendors, pet adoptions, and much more. Advertising for the event is heavily covered area wide.

Our vendor space limits out at 50 vendors. I would like to see a main component of this event be pet adoptions. I see this as an event people look forward to in the future where they can enjoy themselves and know that there will be quality pets they can adopt there. Non profit organizations get free booth space. Qualified groups just need to fill out the enclosed paperwork below (email is fine) to reserve your spot.

If anyone is interested in vendor space that is not a non-profit organization, space is only $25. You can fill out the same paperwork and mail in a check to my mailing address in the signature line.

Contract​

1.This contract is between Community Animal Rescue Effort, Alaqua Animal Refuge and ___________________________ herein known as vendor.

2Booth space is approximately 10?by10?. The Carnival will be held at Gulf Place in Santa Rosa Beach, November 17, 2007. The Carnival will be open from 10:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. Set up starts at 7:30a.m. -9:30a.m. All property belonging to the vendor must be removed by 5:00p.m.


3. Each vendor is responsible for the collection of money for his/her merchandise, plus all applicable tax. Each vendor is responsible for providing his/her tables, chairs and all necessary set up.

4.The vendor is solely responsible for transporting, set-up, take down and insuring their property.

5.Gulf Place and C.A.R.E. and Alaqua Animal Refuge will provide advertising.

6.Booths will be assigned on a first come first served basis.

7.The Canine Carnival Committee will review each application and determine acceptance.

9. Please enclose a $25 donation to reserve your spot. Checks can be made out to CARE.
(No fee for non-profit organizations)
