The annual Valentine Tour of Homes is a beautiful event that offers a look inside some of SoWal's most fabulous homes. We will open the doors of our special South Walton homes to you on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m and Sunday, Feb. 15 from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Valentine’s weekend typically means romantic dinners and flowers for most, but for South Walton beach lovers, it signals the highly anticipated annual Valentine Tour of Homes hosted by the Cultural Arts Alliance (CAA). The tour is known for showcasing elegant interiors, architecturally acclaimed homes and picturesque settings bringing inspiration to tour goers’ winter weekend.

Proceeds from the self-guided annual Valentine Tour of Homes benefit the CAA’s Educational Giving Program, which provides
over $20,000 in grants to Walton County teachers, and scholarships for students to participate in supplemental and continuing art education.

Stay tuned for ticket info and a list of homes on the tour with photos!

SoWal.com is a proud partner of the CAA and we encourage everyone to support arts in our community by joining the CAA. Volunteers are always needed for great events throughout the year. In addition to the Valentine Tour of Homes every February, there are many art shows and events, and other festivals such as Artsquest in May, Flutterby Children's Art Festival in October, and 30A Songwriters Festival in January.

HOME #1 | "The Cabin" 600 N. Walton Lakeshore Drive, Inlet Beach FL [photo Moon Creek Studios]

Located on serene Lake Powell in Inlet Beach, this rare gem affectionately known to the homeowners as “The Cabin” brings to mind the term rustic luxury. It is truly a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of 30A, yet close enough to Rosemary Beach to feel not too removed.

HOME #2 | “Le Sanctuarie” 201 Ruskin Place,#SeasideFL [photo courtesy 30A Vibe]

This rare residence owned and interior designed by Laura & Michael Granberry is located in Ruskin Place Artist Colony in the heart of Seaside, FL. The first floor is used as the owners’ shop and gallery, featuring the work of local artists, including 2015 Artist of the Year Francisco Adaro. The second floor feels like an elegant loft space with its 11 foot ceiling made of pecky cypress and cedar beams and open floor plan. The Master suite with gulf views and a 2nd bedroom overlooking Ruskin Park are located on the third floor. Laura and Michael use the fourth floor tower as an inspiring design studio and office, and above the tower is a viewing deck with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and all of Seaside.
