Our Philosophy

Most properties located near this nineteen-mile 30A corridor have names that owners choose based on personalities and how they want guests to envision their home. After many discussions about the lives we have lived, my wife and I decided on words from a Jimmy Buffett song: Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes.

The theme of the melody is, when you change your latitude to a warmer climate, your attitude changes to a more relaxed, calm, and peaceful state of mind. We’ve lived this mantra since we were married almost three decades ago. Coming from the North Eastern part of the USA, we would escape South every chance we had. By doing so, we felt more relaxed and had peace of mind. And that is what we want for our guests who come
visit our paradise!

Latitudes and Attitudes at Inlet Beach is a retreat for friends and family to gather. The amenities will be everything we have experienced in our many trips to exotic destinations throughout our life. We bring the best of what we have seen into our properties and offer an experience to our guests that they will remember for a very long time.

Room for All

When we say spacious, we mean spacious. This ultimate beach house comfortably sleeps 20 people in seven bedrooms:

• 5 master suites, each with its own private bathroom
• 1 large bunk room with a private bathroom that includes a shower and a bathtub
• 1 small bunk room

In addition to the 6 full bathrooms, enjoy the comfort of 2 half bathrooms.

The kitchen is the heart of the home – shouldn’t it be the heart of your vacation home, too? Whether you’re envisioning a leisurely brunch after sleeping in all morning, a family dinner complete with everyone’s best dish or a late-night snack the whole family will love, you’ll find just what you need to create your own culinary adventures at Latitudes and Attitudes beach house.

Our large kitchen dining area is ideal for large family dinners or events, featuring:

• 2 Refrigerators
• 2 Dishwashers
• Large Stove/Oven plus an extra oven
• 2 Sinks

Plus a separate, covered outdoor kitchen on the ground floor for your al fresco dining delights.

Enjoy the comforts of a spacious and beautifully decorated indoor dining and seating area… or enjoy the stunning view from the deck.

Go on, Take a Dip

Now this is a pool. At 50 feet long, our pool is huge – somewhat of a rare find for the area. It’s a great size for serious swimmers to do some laps or for families to play and splash all afternoon.

When you’re done in the water, you can dry off lounging on our large decks, soaking in the amazing, unobstructed Gulf views. We’re talking powdery sand, aqua blue water and breathtaking sunsets.

Handicap-Friendly Accommodations

If you or someone in your party requires handicap-friendly accommodations, look no further. Latitudes and Attitudes is one of the very few vacation homes with handicap-friendly features such as:

• An elevator from the ground level to the fourth floor
• One handicap-friendly master suite conveniently located on the same floor as the living room, kitchen and dining room
• A handicap-friendly bathroom featuring a roll-in shower and bench along with a handicap friendly toilet
• Handicap beach access allowing you to enjoy all the beauty Inlet Beach has to offer
