Campfire chats in the amphitheater. Join Ranger Fred next to the fire pit to share stories, ask questions, and make friends every Tuesday night.
Every Thursday Night - 6:00-8:30pm
Americana Under the Stars. Starting at 6:00pm in the amphitheater Topsail presents an evening of music. The March line up is:

Every Friday in March 7:30pm– 9:00pm
Come join Topsail’s resident astronomer Bill Nigg every Friday evening in the amphitheater to view the stars. Weather permitting you will be able to look through large and small diameter telescopes for a tour of the skies. At 8:30pm Mr. Nigg will also present an informative slide show.
Saturday March 2, 2013 2:00pm Beach Mice
They live in a precarious world, our fragile dune system. The Choctawhatchee Beach Mouse is one of the endangered species that are present and monitored at the park. Come learn what makes these mice so special.
Friday March 8th, 2013 3:00pm Alligators
These formidable creatures were once hunted to near extinction, but have made an incredible recovery. Come learn the full history of Florida's most famous reptile at this informative slideshow presentation.
Saturday March 9, 2013 Breakfast With a Ranger 9:00am
Come and join the Rangers of Topsail Hill and ask them all the questions you can think of about the park, its wildlife or the surrounding area. To cover the cost of the food please bring $5, which also goes to the Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to enhance the park, or bring your own breakfast. Breakfast is served in the clubhouse.

Come learn what makes the coastal dune lakes in this area so special and what we do to help protect them. This program will take place in the clubhouse.
Saturday March 23, 2013 6:00pm Eye Shine
The eyes come out at night; join Ranger Tammy as you scan the forest for shining eyes. Each animal has a different color eye shine and you will learn how to identify them like this. Meet at tram stop 1 in the day use parking area, bring a flashlight or headlamp.
Saturday March 30, 2013 1:45pm Prescribed Fire Hike
Meet at Tram Stop 1 in the day use parking area to catch the 2:00pm tram. This hike will focus on the effects of fire in our ecosystem. The hike will cover four areas, unburned, year old burn, recent burn, and effects of wildfire.
All programs except Breakfast with a Ranger require a $6.00 entry admission into the park.
