Saturday Sept 3 through Labor Day, the festivities continue....
Sip a margarita made by Shops of Ruskin artist and homeowner Michael Granberry; bite into a delicious empanada from Dietrich’s “Foodie” gourmet Airstream; listen to live music by Joe Mediocre and The Alabama Has-Beens; feel artists’ goods displayed around the park in a true Parisian-style market …all happening Labor Day weekend in The Shops of Ruskin.
The festivities will kick off with First Friday Artwalk on September 2 from 5-8pm. This month’s Artwalk will include a Margarita station, delicious food and drink available from Dietrich’s “Foodie” Airstream and live entertainment by Joe Mediocre and The Alabama Has-Beens.
Saturday, September 3 through Labor Day, Dietrich’s “Foodie” Airstream will remain open in the park offering treats for lunch and dinner, and a percentage of the food sales will benefit The Ruskin Place Artist Guild. The Artist Market will also take place throughout the Labor Day weekend, with one of a kind items displayed around the park. This is your chance to find that perfect painting, picture frame, candle or pair of earrings!
The newly designed Shops of Ruskin tee shirts and fans (to keep you cool) will be available for sale outside in the park between Cara Roy Artworks and The Art of Simple during Labor Day weekend. You may also purchase them at the individual shops. All proceeds will benefit the The Ruskin Place Artist Guild.
