A composed cheese plate allows an exciting opportunity to cross the lines that separates sweet from savory. The cheese is the main star of the show, of course, but the accompaniments chosen can play an important role as supporting side lines. A combination of sweet, salty and bitter followed by spice or heat; the balance of these elements will be determined by the flavors offered by the cheese and then we throw in some beautiful Champagnes and you will have mouth watering bites.
