Hey there, I thought you might get some replies to this so I've just waited to see what came up about Childcare Network. Here's my story:
After looking high and low for childcare and coming up with nothing, I put my infant daughter (3 months) there, because they had an opening and I had to go back to work. My husband took her and picked her up every day and also dropped in frequently. Often when he got there, our baby would be on the floor and there would be some 2 year olds in the infant room also (they have their own room, but apparently it wasn't uncommon to let the caregivers' children in the infant room occasionally to visit with Mom) He did not like the fact that she was on the floor without anything between her and the floor that everyone walked on, very vulnerable, especially if one of those kids were to fall down or even step on her! Every time I went to pick her up, she would be in a swing. For some reason, I would get the feeling she had been in there most of the day with little interaction. She would scream all the way home (from Destin to SRB) because she was hungry. One week My husband refused to take her back there, He couldn't stand the screaming all the way home, but thankfully we found the "Grandma" we were looking for that same week. I think it was Divine Intervention.

Go by there one day and just look around. There are A LOT of children there. I can't speak on the older age group and their care, but that's my experience with them. Hope that helps.
