I appreciate the more granular breakdown on acreage. Although the power search for 3/4+ returned homes on smaller lots? Also, emerald coast online has a nice map for selecting mls areas, you might consider adding that. (although the check boxes work fine for the most part, just more cumbersome.

All in all though, nice site. I like the individual listings, very similar to realtor.com, without all the crappy flash ads.

The site looks okay, but as 30shopper says, you can see the maps on emeraldcoasthomesonline.com.

What I want to know is why does Destin Real Estate Company have Glenn Beck doing ad announcements?
