It is not. 
But when we drove by it last week it was recognizable as a future Target (no bullseye but it had a red stripe). Cannot wait for that Target. :clap_1: :clap_1: I think it's supposed to be open in the spring.

Building is constructed, but looks like they still have to complete interior, which you know isn't much to do. Parking lot is getting prepped for paving. My best guess is that they will open by Nov '07.
