The annual South Walton Fire District Polar Plunge takes place Jan. 1, 2016

The South Walton Fire District in conjunction with Gulf Place will be hosting the 3rd Annual Polar Bear Plunge on New Year’s Day at Ed Walline Beach Access. Make a splash on New Year's Day and enjoy a bonfire, music and food...
Registration starts at 11am at Gulf Place. “Plunge” starts at 1pm sharp!
Gulf Place is located at the intersection of S. County Highway 393 and 30-A.
$20 donation - All proceeds will benefit the SWFD Department Relations Committee (DRC).
The DRC purchases fire/life safety educational-promotional items for community based educational programs that are held throughout the year.

In the event of Red Flag Conditions, the plunge will relocate to the Gulf Place Community Park Pool. Please follow the SWFD Facebook page for updates. In addition the Gulf Place Facebook page will also carry all the Polar Bear Plunge updates as well.
