The WaterColor Store has been known as a staple retailer in the WaterColor Town Center for nearly two decades, selling official WaterColor branded souvenir merchandise. Now managed by St. Joe Club & Resorts, a fresh new look with a Southern lifestyle feel was created for the store’s interior. In addition to the popular souvenir merchandise, the store has expanded its collection as Florida SweetTea Style, which includes other lifestyle products, local jewelry designers, and quality brands such as the Draper James collection by Reese Witherspoon.

The store now shares two brand names: Florida SweetTea Style and the WaterColor Store. The intent of this is two-fold: introducing a newly branded name that represents all things Southern but also reassuring customers that the locale still sells the famed resort merchandise they love. It’s dually branded with the intent for future expansion of Florida SweetTea Style to various locations that are managed by St. Joe Club & Resorts.

ST. JOE CLUB & RESORTS INTRODUCES FLORIDA SWEETTEA STYLE TO WATERCOLOR STORE TODAY

WaterColor’s staple retailer amplifies its Southern roots with a fresh look and upscale boutique, Florida SweetTea Style

Today, St. Joe Club & Resorts—a leading hospitality management company overseeing a collection of hotels, amenities, and one-of-a kind regional offerings throughout Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast—celebrates the grand opening of Florida SweetTea Style and the WaterColor Store, a dually branded Southern lifestyle purveyor located in the WaterColor Town Center.

“We’re so thrilled to unveil our new boutique at today’s grand opening with both guests and members of the 30A community,” says Karen Berg, Store Manager. “By expanding our collection with Florida SweetTea Style, we’re able to offers customers an elevated “Southern feel” shopping experience while continuing to sell the store’s classic WaterColor merchandise that our customers have loved for nearly twenty years.”

Now managed by St. Joe Club & Resorts, the store’s design takes on a fresh new look and approach that echoes the fun, unpretentious spirit of The South and the WaterColor community. In addition to offering official WaterColor branded souvenir merchandise, the store introduces new t-shirts with exclusive artwork by local artist Justin Gaffrey, and Florida SweetTea Style, a lifestyle boutique carrying jewelry from local artist Carrie Rhea Designs, Supergoop® sun care products, and upscale brands such as Draper James® clothing and accessories, Vineyard Vines®, lululemon® athletic apparel, and Peter Millar® fine clothing. Ten percent of proceeds from today’s sales will be donated to Westonwood Ranch, a pre-planned farm based learning program for individuals with Autism based in Freeport, FL.

In addition to its WaterColor locale, the boutique will also soon be located at the nearby GateHouse at WaterSound Beach tucked alongside WaterSound Inn--St. Joe Club & Resorts’ contemporary Nantucket style boutique hotel in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. “As a purveyor of the overall Southern lifestyle, we look forward to bringing this elevated, ‘sense of place’ retail experience to life at two convenient Santa Rosa Beach locations with plans to expand across St. Joe Club & Resorts’ leading portfolio,” says Hope Goldberg, Managing Director of Corporate Services.
